By submitting this form, I acknowledge and agree to the Salt+Grit Terms and Conditions outlined in this statement and do not hold Salt+Grit or the event location liable for any injury. Terms & Conditions I assume all risks associated with participating in this event, including but not limited to: falls, physical contact with other participants and/or event personnel, including the potential contraction of a communicable disease resulting from contact with other participants I understand that this event location has a pool and wooded landscape. I understand that I am assuming all risks associated with entering the property. If entering the pool, I certify that I know how to swim and know a lifeguard will not be on duty. I take full responsibility for my actions in and around the pool area, as well as the entire property accessed during my participation in this event. Having read this waiver and knowing these facts and in consideration of my participation, I, for myself and anyone entitled to act on my behalf, waive and release Salt+Grit, LLC, Salt+Grit Owner, Jennifer Trezza, and the Tualatin property owners (event location) from all claims or liabilities of any kind arising during my participation in this event, even though that liability may arise out of negligence or carelessness on the part of the persons named in this waiver. I understand Salt+Grit fosters and promotes an inclusive and welcoming environment. Participants exhibiting inappropriate behavior will be asked to leave immediately and there will be no refunds. I grant permission to Salt+Grit to use photographs, motion pictures, recordings or any other record from this event for any legitimate purposes.
