Salt+Grit is a woman-owned boutique consulting studio providing high-value strategy, coaching, and facilitated workshops.

Our team of experts support socially-conscious organizations throughout the PNW. We also support women exploring change, and we do this via The Nook —curated community events, retreats, and immersive workshops specifically for women.

At Salt+Grit we integrate the natural environment into all of our engagements. This reduces stress while increasing creative thinking and tolerance for the unknown.

Our headquarters is in Portland, Oregon.
